Thank you for shopping with Lawn Rite. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your artificial grass strips and turf adhesives.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Free Shipping We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
